Players and families fund the travel expenses for out of town tournaments. This includes hotel, meals, gas, entry into the gate (families only), and general trip expenses. The organization pays the entry fee for the team into the tournament(from player fees). The organization attempts to negotiate group rates at the local hotels; however you are not locked into those places:
Participation fees are determined by the annual budget. These may vary from year to year depending upon the goals of the organization. Participation fees can be paid for by obtaining corporate sponsorships, working at various fund raisers (i.e. cookie dough), or out of their own pocket. Each age group also has scholarship funds available. Please fill out the form below and return to your head coach. They can also answer any questions you have in regards to scholarship money.
