Travel Expenses:
Players and families fund the travel expenses for out of town tournaments. This includes hotel, meals, gas, entry into the gate (families only), and general trip expenses. The organization pays the entry fee for the team into the tournament. The organization attempts to negotiate group rates at the local hotels; however you are not locked into those places:
Participation Fees:
Participation fees are determined by the annual budget. These may vary from year to year depending upon the goals of the organization. Participation fees can be paid for by obtaining corporate sponsorships, working at various fund raisers (i.e. cookie dough), or out of their own pocket. Each age group also has scholarship funds available. Please fill out the form below and return to your head coach. They can also answer any questions you have in regards to scholarship money.

The Bozeman Stealer's organization relies heavily on sponsorships from our local businesses. Our sponsors have donated time, money, merchandise, and publicity to this program.

Ressler Motors
Each player is expected to solicit sponsorship dollars each year. This amount is dependent upon the expenses projected to support the development of the team, general equipment expenses, insurance, and tournament costs.
Uniforms:
Team uniforms are issued to the players. These uniforms include shirt, shorts, socks, visor, and sweatshirt.Sliding shorts are highly recommended, but are not provided by the club. A deposit will be collected at the beginning of the season for uniforms. Once the uniforms are returned the deposit will be refunded to the players.
Equipment:
General team equipment includes:
- Training equipment (T's, pitching machines, etc...)
Players are required to provide their own glove, batting gloves, and cleats. Players are encouraged to purchase their own bats and helmets. A deposit will be collected at the beginning of the season for uniforms. Once the uniforms are returned the deposit will be refunded to the players.
